Yes. Of course. Each wooden board can be customized. There are two ways: laser burning or engraving. You should keep in mind that some of the models have restrictions on wood carving. Mainly, the engraving method has a limit on the size of the logo/letters or the difficulty of the details. You can contact us in advance in the “About / Contact us” menu to consult about personalization.
Upon receipt of your order, we prepare it within the working day. The postal service receives and processes it the next day. And it usually arrives at your address in two days. In case of holidays or weekends, these days are postponed for as many days as we extend the holidays.
In the case of customizations, with laser we will need another day to prepare the order.
Wood carvings require 3 extra days.

We treat the boards with oil, Walrus Oil. This oil is designed specifically for wooden boards. It is certified for contact with food.
Also, the adhesive used is FDA-certified for food contact.
The wooden boards are completely safe for food use,
Wood bend is something that can be fixed and is not a manufacturing defect. The reason why a board warps (and sometimes cracks) may be because of the way it is stored. It is best to place the boards straight, vertically, but if they are to be kept horizontally, on a shelf for example, then they should be placed on legs or rails or something that will allow air to circulate underneath it. They need sufficient airflow from all sides, which allows your board to adapt to the environment uniformly. Wood usually warps and cracks as a result of a moisture imbalance between the top and bottom surfaces.
There are 3 typical reasons:
– Improper oiling: Be sure to treat it with food-safe cutting board oil about every 3-4 weeks and make sure to cover both sides and all edges. Waxing is better, but please make sure to oil it first, as the wax doesn’t penetrate it.
– Insufficient drying: Ideally, the board should be towel-dried and placed vertically somewhere to air dry, so that air can circulate around the board.
– Improper storage: Where and how you store your wood boards can have a big impact on warping and cracking. The best way to store a wooden board is in the shade and never in direct sunlight. When left on a cold stone table for example, the wood is not allowed to breathe properly and a moisture imbalance can occur which can cause the board to warp and crack.
If you like the beauty of your cutting board and want to display it in your kitchen or table, you can lay it flat. You just need to make sure it allows enough air flow to the bottom surface. You can add rubber feet to each of the bottom corners; or wooden legs; you can place it on a rubber/mesh mat that will raise it off the counter to allow for air circulation. However for large boards, legs are ideal as they allow a good amount of circulation.
Wooden boards can be washed with warm, soapy water. The method of drying is essential. Ideally, the boards should be towel-dried to remove most of the water. Then they should be left somewhere vertically to dry completely, making sure that the air circulates easily around it.
The deformation comes precisely from the moisture difference between the two faces. Drying equally on both sides ensures the stability of the wooden board.
Never wash wooden boards in the dishwasher. The high temperature and steam would warp and split the wood.
Of course. The expression “wood is alive” is evidenced precisely in these cases.
If you notice deformation of the wooden board, regardless of the reasons, turn it upside down, on the opposite side from where it has been until now, in the same environment. After a few hours, the board will straighten again.
When you first receive your board, we recommend that you coat it with wood board oil after each use. After a couple of months, you can oil your board every 2 weeks, depending on how often the board is used.
The use of cutting board wax would significantly increase the longevity and beauty of the wood board.
We recommend using a food grade oil that is not prone to spoilage. Mineral oil is an inexpensive and popular choice.
